Library Edition License

The Library Edition is licensed for lending, patron use, and programming within one library system.

You May:

Lend purchased Library Edition copies to patrons within your library system.
Provide patrons with access to the Library Edition companion webpage.
Allow patrons to print activities, PHBs, and certificates for their own personal, noncommercial use.
Print activities, PHBs, and certificates for patrons participating in programs, clubs, workshops, or other activities run by the licensed library.
Use Library Edition books and companion materials in programs, clubs, workshops, or other activities run by the licensed library.
Print reasonable replacement copies of companion activity sheets or certificates when needed for library use.

You May Not:

Upload or distribute digital copies of the Library Edition or its companion files to patrons.
Host copies of the activities, PHBs, certificates, or other companion files on the library's public website or other publicly accessible location.
Redistribute the companion files to another library system.
Provide companion materials to teachers, schools, organizations, or other groups for use in classes or programs that are not run by the licensed library.
Sell, modify for resale, or commercially redistribute the Library Edition or its companion materials.

Schools, teachers, and other organizations wishing to use these materials independently for classroom or group instruction should use the appropriate Teacher and Classroom Editions.
